The Collection

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, giving you time to unwind from the pace of the day and settle into the calm of our sanctuary.

Please arrive in comfortable clothing. Upon arrival, you'll be provided with slippers, and your treatment room is kept at a warm, soothing temperature. Once on our heated treatment table, you'll be professionally covered throughout, ensuring your privacy and comfort at every moment.

Your well-being is our top priority. Please let your therapist know about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, so your treatment can be safely tailored to your body's needs.

For your convenience, you may pay in advance online, or settle your visit in person using any major credit or debit card. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments.

We value your time and ours. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 12–24 hours are subject to a 50% charge, and cancellations within less than 12 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount.
